Ben Allen is a dispute resolution lawyer based in Canberra. Ben also has over 10 years experience in Sydney’s dispute resolution team.
Ben has acted for both the public and private sector due to his extensive experience in managing complex and often sensitive disputes. He acts in a broad range of disputes relating to contracts, corporations law, equity, negligence claims and other tortious claims generally, commercial leases, real property, intellectual property and trade practices. Ben also has extensive experience in initiating and defending claims for urgent injunctive relief. His experience includes managing both large and small-scale matters in the Federal, Supreme and District Courts, dispute negotiation, inquires, alternative dispute resolution, conciliation and mediation.
Ben has many years of experience in acting in large scale, multi-party litigation and is adept at managing complex and media-sensitive disputes, particularly where an electronic court room is required. He is also very skilled at managing a large team of solicitors and counsel.
