Alexandre Turcotte focuses on corporate financing, mergers and acquisitions and matters relating to general commercial law. Mr. Turcotte regularly advises lenders in connection with the implementation of financing arrangements. He also acts in various transactions, namely in the context of purchase and sale of assets or shares in the mining and natural resources industry. He also advises clients on the management of mining rights, environmental issues and general corporate matters.
Before joining our Québec office, Mr. Turcotte was, most notably, general counsel for a Canadian mining company and secretary to the board of the company and its subsidiaries. While in law school, he provided representation abroad to a Canadian lumber company.
