Norton Rose advises Close Brothers Seydler Bank on the corporate bond issuance of Singulus Technologies
15 March 2012
The Frankfurt office of international legal practice Norton Rose LLP has advised its long standing client Close Brothers Seydler Bank AG in its role as Sole Global Coordinator and Bookrunner in relation to the placement of the € 60 million 7.75% notes 2012/17 by Singulus Technologies Aktiengesellschaft, Kahl am Main/Germany.
Due to the strong demand the subscription period (planned to run from 12 to 20 March 2012) was ended prematurely.

The Norton Rose LLP team was led by Frank Peter Regelin (Partner, Corporate, Frankfurt) and comprised Sascha Grimm, Stefan Kutscheid and Sandro Pittalis (all Associates, Corporate, Frankfurt).
