Grzegorz Dyczkowski a banking lawyer based in Warsaw. He is head of our banking practice in Warsaw.
Grzegorz advises international and domestic financial institutions and major multinational and domestic corporations on a variety of financial transactions, including secured and unsecured lending and borrowing, debt instruments, acquisition finance, asset finance, securitisations, projects and banking and finance regulatory matters.
Grzegorz read law at Warsaw University and obtained an LLM from Cambridge University. He has been a member of the Warsaw Bar of Legal Advisers since 1998. Before joining our office, he spent seven years with another international legal practice in Warsaw and, prior to that, worked for the Polish Securities Commission. He became a partner in 2006.
