Muzi Kubeka

Muzi Kubeka is a banking and finance lawyer based in Johannesburg. He specialises in energy, project finance, public private partnerships, lending & syndicated lending, and export credit finance. Muzi has acted for sponsors, development finance institutions, infrastructure investment funds, South African banks and a number of international banks.
Prior to rejoining the practice, Muzi spent three years working in a major law firm in London, where he primarily advised on project and infrastructure finance.
Muzi holds the degrees of Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Laws from the University of Natal and the degree of Master of Laws (International Business Law) from the Vrije Universiteit, Amsterdam.
