Rick Beckman is an international services lawyer based in Jakarta.
Rick’s practice encompasses all aspects of establishing or acquiring and operating a business in Indonesia. He advises multinational companies on investment laws, the Company Law and Indonesian laws with respect to contract, employment, real property and intellectual property. Rick also has strong franchising, Japanese investment and capital markets experience.
Formerly a journalist, Rick has lived in Japan and China.
