Richard Hill is an energy lawyer based in London. He specialises in the non-contentious aspects of construction and construction-related matters. Prior to qualifying as a lawyer, he worked for a construction and property company in Hong Kong.
Richard has particular experience of and expertise in the contracts required for projects within the power, transport and water industries, projects let and financed on a PPP basis and commercial developments within the UK, Europe, the Middle East and the Far East. He has acted on behalf of developers, sponsors, lenders and export credit agencies and recently represented a contractor and two developers involved in three independent power projects in the UK, Spain and the Middle East.
