Dr. Oliver Sutter is a banking lawyer based in Frankfurt. He specialises in acquisition finance and corporate loan transactions.
Since 2001, he has advised banks, financial sponsors and corporates on various acquisition finance, real estate finance and corporate loan transactions, as well as recapitalisations and restructurings.
Oliver studied law at the University of Bielefeld and investment banking at the Technical University of Chemnitz, Germany. Prior to joining the Frankfurt practice in 2010, Oliver worked as an analyst in the
M&A origination team of a major German investment bank and as a Counsel in the banking team of another leading law firm in Germany.
Oliver is fluent in both German and English.
