Somboon Kitiyansub is a corporate and finance lawyer based in Bangkok. His practice includes corporate and finance work, with an emphasis on banking, mergers and acquisitions and cross-border investment.
Somboon has broad experience of structuring and negotiating acquisitions, joint ventures, private sector participation in government projects, climate change and renewable energy and other financial matters. His practice also includes debt restructuring and workouts and corporate recovery.
Somboon graduated with a Bachelor of Laws degree from Chulalongkorn University and a Master of Law degree from the University of Iowa. He joined the Bangkok practice as a partner in 2002.
